stars shine on
I really want to thank all of the folks who expressed sympathy either in person or via my journal. You all are wonderful!!!! Your kind words and deeds have meant a lot to me.
(Wendy, I especially appreciate the conversations we had a few months ago about knowing when it was time. You probably didn’t realize how much those words stayed with me in these past few months!)
As for kind deeds.... Yesterday morning, sitting in my cubie drinking my required morning diet coke, a sparkle caught my eye. Up above my head on the metal joint of my cubie were scattered stain glass stars!
now, you all know, I love stained glass and I love stars…
They were a little gift from a friend to help cheer me up.
Thank you all. Really.
As I told my friend K. yesterday, I am sort of cycling between up and down, but it is getting easier. Of course, not that I will ever forget him, but I am feeling that the right decision was made and it was best for all of us.

Athens artists find Web sites are ideal gallery spaces…. Article
Athens artists find Web sites are ideal gallery spaces as well as marketing tools
hus the revolution begins. For Athens artist Robin Fay, the realization of a Web site’s potential hit her during graduate studies at the University of Georgia. For a class project, she designed a resource site on women artists. Soon after, a New Hampshire coffee house contacted her to do a show there, without knowing just how far away she lived.
